INSTRUCTORS

Fitness Instructor Damaris T. Borgas

Born: December 24, 1981

Graduated High School: June1999 - Shea High School Pawtucket, RI

Currently attends Johnson and Wales for BA in Business Management

Certified Personal & Nutrition Trainer, Zumba and Cardio-Kickboxing/Bags Instructor

 

Damaris is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. 

Damaris started as a student at Agostini’s Academy of Martial Arts 6 years ago and fell in love with fitness and martial arts. She currently teaches women of all ages, cardio kickboxing/bags, full body strength training and Zumba (Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to get you in shape and have fun at the same time). At her own time she takes Martial Arts and learns new ways to make fitness more enjoyable and fun. She trains weekly with other instructors for fitness advancement.  Damaris has a passion to teach to help others feel great about themselves; she also dedicates her time to different charities and helps students to be involved.

 

   

Cardio Kick Box Instructor Allison Disch

Born:  March 28, 1983
Graduated High School:  June 2001 in Richfield, MN
Graduated from University of Minnesota in 2004 with a Bachelors in Psychology
Graduated from Florida State University in 2006 with a Masters in Psychology & specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis

Allison has participated in a variety of cardio kickboxing classes for several years in different states including:  Minnesota, Florida and Rhode Island.  She began training at Agostini's Academy of Martial Arts in the cardio program in 2009.  She has participated in several half marathons and plans to train for a full marathon.  Allison has a strong enthusiasm to learn and try new and innovative fitness programs.  She trains daily and group trains weekly with our other cardio fitness instructors.

Holly Antuono - Cardio Kick Box Instructor

 Born: December 27, 1978

Graduated High School: June1997 - Cranston High School West, RI

Certified Cardio-Kickboxing/Bags Instructor

 

Holly started as a student at Agostini's Academy of Martial Arts 4 years ago and fell in love with fitness. She currently teaches women of all ages, cardio kickboxing/bags and strength training.  On her own time she takes fitness classes and is always finding new ways to learn and teach.  Holly has a passion to help herself and others to become and stay healthy, fit and feel great. She also participates on the weekly instructors’ training. Her goal is to make fitness a part of your daily life, to try and make it more enjoyable and fun but at the same time to push you to take control of your health and keep your body fit.
